ON- GOING FORMATION
On- going formation, is the personal responsibility of each sister along with the Community, Region and the Congregation. Seminars on pertinent topics, with Renewal programmes at regular intervals are arranged for the sisters of different age groups during the ongoing formation. The renewal programmes for third and fifth year after first Profession are conducted in the Region. Later, on completion of 10, 15, 25, 40 and 50 years the Generalate Team arranges for batch-wise reunion with retreats and seminars followed by the jubilee celebrations accordingly.
These renewal programs help sisters to come together, meet their batch mates and have celebrations and outings too. These are occasions for rejuvenation, fellowship and bonding. The impact of renewal programs is strong and enhances the lifelong commitment of our aging sisters.
